Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Ameer, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. However, if you need to return or cancel an order, please read our policy below.


1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

a) Damaged by Courier

  • If your order is damaged during delivery, you can request a return. We (Ameer) will cover all the expenses on our own.
  • You must notify us about the incident within 24 hours of receiving the product to receive compensation.

b) Defective Product

  • If your product has a defect, you must provide an unboxing video as proof.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • We will offer an exchange for the same item.

c) Change of Mind

  • If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it.
  • You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging. But for fragrances, you can unbox it and, at least 80% of perfume oil should be remaining.


2. Cancellation Policy

a) Cancelling Before 12 Hours of Placing the Order

  • If you cancel within 12 hours, you will receive a full refund within 3 working days.

b) Cancelling After 12 Hours of Placing the Order

  • If you cancel after 12 hours, we will deduct the delivery charge from your refund.


3. How to Request a Return or Cancellation?

  • Contact us at [email protected] or our Facebook page with your order number and reason for return/cancellation.
  • For defective product returns, attach an unboxing video.
  • We will guide you through the process.
